Alice girls dress and top sewing pattern. A girls semi-fitted dress or top with deep ruffle that runs over the shoulder. The dress version has in seam pockets and is fastened with an invisible centre back zipper. The dress can be made with 3/4 sleeves or without sleeves. The top has a keyhole back neck opening finished with button and hand stitched loop. The top can be made with or without sleeves.
